Spring Creek Communicator - February 23, 2024

Greetings from Spring Creek J

It has been another fantastic week loaded with student learning and fun!

Some of the highlights from this week are:

  1. Spring Creek Carnival – Our wonderful grade 6-7 students, guided by Mme. Roy, Mme. Elizabeth, and Ms. Smith, created multiple exciting stations that all classes visited. Skills were tested, faces were painted, and a ton of fun was had!
  1. Students were preparing for the Aladdin play.  Students from all grades were practicing, building props and sets, making costumes, and learning their lines for the production.
  1. Franklin’s class was working on developing questions to create data for graphing and joined Ms. Young’s class for an opportunity to play and develop a setting for a storytelling activity.
  1. The Card Project went online. Students’ art projects have been digitized and shared at The Card Project.
