Greetings families and happy Friday!
Some students enjoyed online streaming of the exciting solar eclipse this week. You can still find that online on various sites. The experience for people in Eastern Canada was quite phenomenal, with a moment of total darkness in the middle of the day.
Track and Field events are approaching! On May 9th (rain date May 16th) we are hosting our Annual Track and Field Event. To make the event possible we are looking for parent volunteers to assist with running the events. Please use the sign up genius to sign up for a slot if you are available. Important dates ahead:
April 18 Emergency Wildfire Evacuation Exercise, simulation only, will take place in the Spring Creek neighborhood. RMOW, Whistler Fire Rescue Services and RCMP will run simulated emergency responses between 9 am and noon. Residents will be minimally impacted. For more information click here.

Our next public PAC meeting is scheduled for Monday April 15th at 8:45am (right after drop off). Join us to learn more about what PAC has planned through the remainder of the year and how you can help.
