Dear Spring Creek Families,

Here’s to hoping for a little sunshine for the May Long Weekend!!!

A HUGE Shout out to Ms. Smith, Ms. Mindy, and all the other staff and parents who made this week’s Track and Field such an enormous success. It was a great time and the Spring Creek Spirit was alive and well. We can't wait to cheer on our Bears at the District Track & Field event next Wednesday, May 21st - congratulations to all our qualifying students!

We’d also like to thank the K/1 students for adding to the salmon population on Tuesday, releasing our own specially raised fry into Alice Lake. Way to go everyone.

Yesterday saw the staff and students don their pearly whites for class and school photos. There was plenty of “CHEESE!” and an opportunity to have a picture taken with our best “funny faces”.

This weekend is a long weekend, so there is no school on Monday in celebration of Victoria Day. 

The following week will see the HR MacMillan Space Center here on May 27^th and 28^th.  And get ready for May 31 - Jun 6 is GO BY BIKE week leading us into a jam-packed June!
