We are attending professional learning sessions throughout the district today and we hope all the Spring Creek families are enjoying an earl start to the weekend! It’s starting to feel just a little spooky around here! So many students were thrilled with their pumpkin harvest and are getting ready to celebrate Halloween!
Big thanks goes out to our Athletics Coordinator, Melissa Smith, for organizing the rugby program students enjoyed this week! We are looking at partnering with local soccer coaches as well, to make the game more accessible and friendly for all out on the field at recess time. We’d like to send a friendly reminder out that sportsmanship is a very important factor in being a Spring Creek Bear, kind, safe and inclusive. It is also a very important part of being a member of any team and we aim to help students thrive in this area. Go Bears!
Reminder: Whistler Nordics Opportunities: Youth Program. There are spaces still available for December 12 start up as well as Jan 7th start up. Go to www.whislternordics.com for more information.

- Collaboration day Wednesday, October 30, 2024 early dismissal 11:45.
- Haunted House and dance party hosted by intermediate classes October 31.
- Indigenous Veterans Day and Remembrance Day assembly Nov. 8
- Next Professional Development Day November 18, school not in session.
